Food and Faith Project

The Center partners with communities to create community-based sustainability plans that include the convergence of energy, environment, and social sustainability. We provide workshops and trainings on relevant topics and work with grassroots communities to develop and implement visionary and inclusive plans that tackle complex issues such as energy affordability, sustainable community development, environmental health, and youth engagement. The Center provides analysis and information gathering for communities in order that they may develop informed decisions about policies and programs. Because data collection and policy research has become costly and expert-based, communities often do not have access to these resources. The Center works with communities and other quality researchers to provide this service to a range of communities and groups at international, national, regional, and local levels.
