As a senior program leader, Jennifer leads Healthy Food Action, an initiative to engage health professionals in creating a healthier food and farming system through education, outreach and action on key food and agriculture policies. Prior to joining IATP, Jennifer spent 15 years working with local, state and federal government organizations in the areas of policy, strategy, communications and organizational development. She’s led transformational change efforts inside organizations, managed several campaigns and worked as a vegetarian cook. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the College of St. Catherine, a master’s degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and was awarded an Archibald Bush Leadership Fellowship in 1999.
