Be Safe :a nationwide initiative to build support for precautionary approaches to prevent pollution and environmental destruction before it happens. Collaborative on Health & the Environment (CHE) :a partnership of health professionals, health-impacted persons and others concerned about protecting the health of current and future generations from environmental harm. We work closely with the Learning and Developmental Disabilities (LDDI) Working Group. Coming Clean :a network of groups and individuals working together to protect public health and the environment from exposures to harmful and unstudied chemicals. Eat Well Guide :an online guide for finding producers, markets, restaurants offering healthier, sustainably-raised meat and dairy products. Joint project of IATP (Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy) and GRACE (Global Resource Action Center for the Environment). Factory Farm Project :a project of GRACE (Global Resource Action Center for the Environment) aiming to eliminate factory farming in favor of a sustainable food production system which is healthy and humane, economically viable and ecologically sound. Health Care Without Harm (HCWH): the Campaign for Environmentally Responsible Health Care works to shut down medical waste incinerators in favor of comprehensive waste reduction and non-burn treatment options. Healthy Children Project of the Learning Disabilities Association of America: helps bridge the gap between knowledge of environmental factors that impact developing fetuses, newborns and young children and the actions we can take to reduce or eliminate those factors. Keep Antibiotics Working (KAW): the Campaign to End Antibiotic Overuse is a coalition of health, consumer, agricultural, environmental, humane and other groups with over 9 million members nationwide working to reduce the growing public health threat from bacteria resistant to antibiotics. Mercury Free Minnesota :a statewide campaign to eliminate new mercury emissions in Minnesota by 2020. Minnesota Pesticide Resource Center :a collaborative effort that serves as a springboard to pesticide and pest management information. Emphasis is on information that is specific or related to Minnesota. Preventing Harm Minnesota :a collaboration to support policies and practices to prevent childhood learning disabilities and other chronic disease by reducing their exposures to toxic pollutants in food, air and water.
