Dr. Brita Midness

Brita Midness is the development manager at the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy (IATP). She is responsible for managing fundraising initiatives and building partnerships with funders to advance the mission of IATP. Prior to joining the IATP team, she worked both locally and globally, including as a researcher, nonprofit capacity builder and volunteer manager. Brita is an active member of the Twin Cities nonprofit community, including serving as a volunteer with local mission-driven organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College (USA), a Master of Letters in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of St Andrews (Scotland) and a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
