My name is Karla (he/him and she/her), and I'm a senior at Macalester College majoring in Environmental Studies and Economics with a minor in Geography and a concentration in Food and Agriculture Systems. Some of the topics I'm interested in are sustainable farming, food access and how people consume food! Outside of school, I have been a Farm Steward at Youth Farm on the West Side of Saint Paul for three years where I lead cooking and gardening programs. In my free time, I love cooking vegan food and watching movies at the Grandview.
