A new report examines the agricultural practices that the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) helps farmers finance and how much funding went toward these practices in 2023, including additional funding through the Inflation Reduction Act. While two-thirds of farmer applicants are turned away from EQIP, disproportionate shares of program dollars go to factory farms!
