Letter to Chairman and CEO of SUPERVALU congratulating them on their decision to sell meat from animals raised without antibiotics. SUPERVALU's announcement reflects the growing recognition among retailers that consumers want better choices, including food raised with fewer drugs and sends a signal to industry to change their practice of routinely feeding antibiotics for non-medical purposes to animals raised for meat.
