St Louis, Missouri: Bunge North America announced today that its subsidiary, Bunge Milling, has acquired ConAgra Foods, Inc.'s Atchison, Kansas corn dry milling plant and related grain elevator. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed although the purchase is not anticipated to have a material impact on the results of Bunge North America overall.\r\n\r\nFred Luckey, General Manager and Senior Vice President of Bunge Milling, said, ""This acquisition expands our current product offering with additional industrial and specialty products, and also allows us to better serve our existing customers' needs.
