This list of actions taken by organizations involved in the first global day of action against the TRIPS agreement, which took place on June, 18 2001, elucidates the concerns of global civil society about the agreement, and describes all the strategies that the network took to foment a global movement, educate the general public, and raise awareness about the implications of TRIPS.
