The Forest Industry Safety & Training Alliance (FISTA), Rhinelander, WI will be accepting resumes and letters of interest for the position of Executive Director. The successful applicant should have experience in non-profit management, marketing, fund raising, grant writing, and supervisory experience. Preference will be given to those applicants with forestry, logging, and/or adult education backgrounds.
Major duties will include directing a state-wide logger training program, supervising four employees, implementing a strategic plan, developing and implementing a marketing plan, serving a chief administrative officer, and working in partnership with other organizations.
