President Kufuor has charged security forces to play their role professionally to protect the integrity of this year's election.
The president said this at the West African Security Services celebration, WASA, at the Castle, [seat of government] Osu. He said the country will host the UNCTAD [United Nations Conference on Trade and Development,] meeting which will bring about five thousand people including some heads of state from around the world to Accra and hoped the security forces will rededicate themselves to protect lives and property.
