LINCOLN, Neb. -- A University of Nebraska study that said mega hog operations are not harmful to rural economies is flawed and should not be used when making public policy, critics of the report said today.

GENEVA - Globalization and increasing trade liberalization have meant job losses and new, less secure work arrangements, the International Labor Organization said in a report published Tuesday.
