IATP submitted this comment to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) on genetically engineered organisms regarding giving the Commissioner of Agriculture sole ability to decide whether to allow public comment in notification procedures and commercial exemptions and how this would impact the public's right to know what they are eating.
