Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA)that
provides an overview of the history of the FTAA, its various components, the range of perspectives on reform of the FTAA and implications for poverty and inequality in the region. The report surveys the range of NGOs and social
movements actor on the FTAA as well as the various positions of
governments around the region and implications for the ultimate
direction of the negotiations.
